Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with the services of Gestalt Strategy Group ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to these Terms of Service.
Services: The Company provides fractional CFO services, specializing in FP&A and strategic finance for e-commerce businesses, as detailed on our website.
Payment: All service fees are as stated on our website. Payments are due upfront, and all sales are final, except where our satisfaction guarantee applies.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If the Client is not satisfied with our services in any given month, the Client is entitled to a full refund for that month. Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of service delivery.
Data & Confidentiality: Clients provide access to accounting and data systems. The Company ensures the confidentiality and security of this information. Any data collected is solely for the provision of services and won't be shared with third parties.
Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. If the Client terminates, they are responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services. The Company isn’t responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in [Company's Location], governed by [Company's Location] law.
Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Miscellaneous: Services provided are advisory. Final business decisions lie with the Client. The Company does not guarantee business success or any specific financial outcomes.
Contract Duration: Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. The Client is not locked into a long-term commitment.
Sale Advisory: If engaged in our sale advisory services, a 5% fee on the total transaction value is due upon a successful sale.
